Payment of the total here on the island.
A guarantee deposit per boat (+ rental) will be required upon delivery and it will ultimately be returned in full if all the equipment is intact.

Requirements:
To participate in the excursions all participants must be able to swim and be in good health, (people with medical conditions such as obesity, cardiovascular disease, etc. that affect sports activities cannot participate for safety reasons). Each minor (under 18) must be accompanied by an adult (18+) who will be paired in a double kayak. All participants must bring an identity document.
Please note:
- Water activities can be dangerous and physically demanding.
- In the event of wind speeds exceeding 10 mph, rental activities will be diverted to guided tours, date changed or refunded.
- Always wear a personal flotation device
- Dress appropriately for the weather conditions.
- Check the equipment before each use for any signs of wear or faults.
- In dangerous or stormy conditions, stop for shelter and call the kayak center managers.
- The user who rents the kayak acknowledges both understanding and assumption of risk related to the use of this product.
- Sicily in kayak reserves the right to interrupt, cancel or as modify the rental in the event that the capacities of any of the participants are not adequate to the weather conditions or if the safety of the participants and the equipment is endangered in any way.
Cancellation policy:
Cancellation will be reimbursed for the full price.
If for any reason the activity is cancelled by Sicily in Kayak (due to weather, force majeure, etc.), your booking will be refunded in full.
