What to bring for
multi-days
sea kayak trips:
2 large IKEA foldable bags, 2 or 3 dry bags (12 liters max each), personal hygiene kit, toilet paper, towel, water bottle, head torch, sleeping bag and mat (or you will have ours), sunscreen, anti mosquito cream and calming bites, rock shoes for use in kayaks, sunglasses with cord to avoid losing them, phone, power bank for charging your electronic devices.
How dress in kayak or on land depends on the season: 1 T-shirt, 1 bermuda, 1 long trekking pants, costume, rain coat, 1 sweater (or fleece), wool cap, tracksuit (acting as pajamas), trekking shoes + socks (can be rented), sun hat.
Food: Snack and energy bars.
Suggested: Gloves (for blisters), thermal underwear for the colder months (neoprene shorts, thermal shirt long sleeves)
Recommended: mask and snorkel
